Now that I have rushed through the first game, I can move on to tonight's matchup: Colts vs. Chargers. I understand that the Colts are quietly very good this year, and that they now have the second ever 3-time MVP running their team. I also realize that the Colts have won four more games than the Chargers this season. However, after watching the Chargers for the last three weeks, I have to pick them for this game. Phillip Rivers has been playing MVP football for about a month now, and I see no reason for that to stop now. Earlier this season when these teams met, the Colts won on a game-ending field goal. The Chargers now have a lot more confidence, and home-field.
The NFL never works the way you think it will, and here is my big upset of the first round.
Prediction:

Colts 23
